After our first meeting with our client we choose a Process Life Cycle depending on the project type.
We analyze requirements to estimate the project size and write a first proposal document which is discussed
between Global Task and the customer in order to establish a quality ecuation (Cost-Time-Features).
After it's defined, we produce a second proposal document with calendarization / stages definition
Once aproved, we follow Process Life Cycle Activities producing corresponding deliverables. We adjust the solution to meet
specification and client needs.
We test the solution to satisfy quality requirments and deliver the application to the customer.
